Burgh, hope you don't mind me posting this in your thread, but for those who didn't see the game.......what a ####### joke. I watched the game, and with about 25 seconds to go New Orleans were up 109-100. I know I should know better with the NBA, but since I figured it was close to being in the bag, I didn't pay attention to who hit the 1st 3 pointer, making it 109-103. But now with my eyes open, and out of my lazyboy, I know Richardson hit the next 3 pointer for L.A.......109-106. Don't know exactly, but with about 10 seconds left, Mashburn misses the 1st free throw, makes the 2nd....110-106. Clips up the court make their shot, 110-108. With about 5-6 seconds left, Kenny Anderson makes the 1st free throw......111-108, misses the 2nd, Alexander gets the offensive rebound but misses layup which would have made it 113-108. With under 2 seconds to go Andre Miller missed the 3 pointer to put the game into OT. Very exciting finish, but there's no way you should have lost your triple play.....no way!! As Mashburn said "In order to make this a successful road trip, we had to get this game. We did what we had to do to win the game" And that's all they did!! I know the old saying if this , if that etc. but, Burgh there's no way you should have lost your triple play and I just want those who didn't see the game know how you lost it.....what BS.
