Pacers +7.5

I'm going to grab all these points a side with an Indiana team that has dominated this series of late. After sweeping both meetings way back in November, the Pacers have now registered the scoreboard victory over Miami in 14 of the last 15 meetings. That's borderline unbelievable, but it's true.

Of course this is a Ron Artest-less Pacer team that comes to AmerciaAirlines Arena tonight. But Indiana does have Jermaine O'Neal back as he returned from a two month long groin injury to play in Sunday's 13-point win over the 76ers. Jamaal Tinlsey also appears to be recovered from his elbow injury as the Pacers are gearing up for the playoffs.

Miami has been terrible to its backers this year and is currently on a 3-9 spread slide. The Heat have struggled versus the league's elite as they're only 16-17 SU and 12-21 ATS versus teams with winning records. And now the heart and soul of the team, Alonzo Mourning, is out with a calf injury.

Indiana is battling several teams for playoff positioning and every game is important. Indiana will play with purpose tonight. The Pacers, who seem to have found some harmony with the addition of Peja Stojakovic, are in a back-to-back situation. But they've travelled very little of late as this is just their second road game since March 12, and first since last Tuesday.

Indiana is 17-9 ATS as a dog this year and has covered three of four when getting between 6 1/2 to 9 points on the highway this year. Rick Carlisle will always have his team ready defensively. Shaq, Wade and the Heat may secure this straight-up win (but maybe not considering their 1-14 SU series slide), but they won't cover this large number as the Pacers are the play here.
