First of all there's not a play on the board. The lines are extreamly close with LAC and Port being over 1 point off. The line moving down took away any adv we had on the LA line and I've already expressed my thougths on why not to play Port tonight. So, we've got to find reasons other than the line to make a play. I don't like playing dogs 5 or under unless I think they can win outright. That lets out LAC, BOS and Utah. Why play anything that NY and Den are involved in and that almost fits Phoe as well. I do show Clev with a +2 adv. After I've said all that here's what I am going with.

Cleve + 8
Sea -4
Port o 190
