ok, nothing is better than redemption. I NEED TO GET SOME TODAY!!! Yesterday, tigers took me to 1-1 overall on my fav picks. The "F" ing reds took me to 0-2 on my underdog picks. Two 1 run losses that really got me fired up. Here's how I'm going to try to redeem myself:
fav pick: twins -135 I know alot of guys might stay away from this one because of the tough pitching mathup with Santana vs. Sabathia. I took Sabathia the last time the 2 teams played, however, this one is in minnesota and the twins big guys are overdue to break out offensively.
underdog pick: A's +140 Angels pitcher E. Santana only lasted 0.1 innings in his last start, and has given up atleast 5 earned runs in his last two starts. I don't see much changing against an A's team who has been hitting a little lately. Also, A's pitcher Chad Gaudin has been sharp in his last two outings. He lasted 7 or more innings both times. I'm going big on this one as my underdog pick.
PS. As a Mets fan I would love to bet with my heart and take Pedro against the Reds, however, my wallet is alot smaller than my heart. I'll stay away, but here's to Pedro's comeback. Let's go mets. :00x1
