WHAT A GREAT GAME TO WATCH TODAY..PITCHES DUEL.....

1.) FLORIDA..PLUS 120...

JUST GOING TO KEEP RIDING THEM AS A DOG...IF PIERRE GETS ON BASE THE GUY IS ALMOST AN AUTOMATIC RUN...VERY FUN TO WATCH HIM...CLEMENT HAS GOOD OVER ALL NUMBERS VS FLORIDA BUT DOES NOT HAVE OVERLY IMPRESSIVE NUMBERS VS SOME OF THE MARLINS....BECKETT LOOKED GOOD VS ATLANTA WITH NO ILL EFFECTS FROM HIS LAYOFF....THEY HAVE SHOT HERE AND THEY ARE PLAYING VERY GOOD BALL...CLEMENT HAS STRUGGLED OVER HIS LAST THREE STARTS AND MAYBE TIRING AS THE BREAK COMES UP....HE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PITCH LIGHTS OUT HERE....BUT SO DOES BECKETT...AND SO ILL GIVE THE TEAM WHO IS PLAYING BETTER RIGHT NOW A SHOT AT PLUS MONEY

Cooz, I contemplated taking the Over, too. But Marquez is due to have an Under game. I ended up taking only the Mets because lefties for the last 2 years have a pretty bad record with Marquez, and this yr is 0-3 when the lefty is on the road. Mets offense has come alive a little, but Floyd is sitting this one out. Hope this helps. I'm gonna ride Seo one more time, then look to start fading in the 2nd 1/2. Hope this heps, crap, the game already started:(

thank DUBS..i want to take the mets as well but im not convinced SEO finger is all the way healed...i watched him the last two games and he just didnt look the same...

spocky, sorry, no real opinions on the Cubbie total. Just don't know how they'd respond with Patterson being out. I'm with cooz, though, gotta take Florida with the way they've been playing. They'll run Clement to the ground and provide plenty of distractions once they get on base.

I think I'll have to take the Brew Crew just on principals alone, but we should also get some help with Winters behind home plate.

clements numbers vs florida are good...but his last three starts have been terrible....9 looks wierd to me with these two on the mound....i was expecting an 8 or 8.5.......i remember GSP mentioning earlier in the season that a high number usually indicates the wind is blowing out at wrigley.....and a low number just the opposite....im not sure what to make of a 9...as it would probably be somehwere in between....both pitchers have the potential to pitch an outstanding game....so i wont play the over...unless we get an indication that the wind is blowing out...if it was three weeks ago with both pitchers healthy and clement throwing good ..under would be a no brainer i would think...but with the way Florida has been playing and clements struggles im a little wary

Agree with you on Fla, that was the right move. You make the pitcher beat you with his bat, and Clement did.

I played Fla overnite at VIP @-125. Got a feeling it will hit -140-ish tomorrow. If it does, I might just scalp it or put more on the Cubbies. Zambrano is a different pitcher at home, although his last 3 home games SO/BB were 14/11:eek:.
