Sens ML-130 6.04Units to win 4.646Units

Sens send it to Game6 back in NJ;) :D. It's been an unbelievable year, and I made more $$$$ than I ever imagined in a season. Will be totally content even if I lose this one. It's just unfathomable to me that NJ can take 4 out of 5, including 4 straight, 2 at Corel Center no less.

Adding Over4.5+100 x2.5

Historical trends indicates that if NJ is to clinch the series tonite, ~70% will be by more than 1 goal. Assuming the Sens will score 2, and I'm confident that they will, this is a nice safety net. If Lalime pulls another G4 performance, then this will be an easy winner. Ott need to score 3, 4 to win tonite, IMHO. And if NJ does have the lead in the 2nd 1/2 of the game, I think Ott will start pressing and commit costly mistakes resulting in more 2 on 1, 3 on 2 opportunities for NJ. JM2C.

FWIW......

Ott is 0-6 facing elimination, 3 were at home:eek:

BUT! NJ is 7-7 in series clinching games, 5 of the 7 losers were on the road, which tell me that they tend to get a little complacent/lackadaisicle once they have the series lead, and try to finish at home

GOOD LUCK, EVERYONE!!!!!!

LOL, ks. I've got the Mighty Ducks avatar on standby if the Sens don't win tonite:D ;) .

Kevin, will you tell the players to stop this dump and chase chit and start playing their brand of hockey?? Get some speed thru the neutral zone, and have the wingers do some criss-crossing between the blue lines, for crying out loud :D.

p.s. added Over4.5 on top of the thread:)

FWIW, rumor is that 19yr old Spezza may be playing in place of Neil. Wish Horny was here to confirm it. This guy is a frigging speed demon who really should have been playing in the NHL all yr long, but went back to the minors prior to the playoffs to play in the minors playoffs. He won't win the game by himself, but a little more speed and puckhandling skill is just what the Sens need, IMHO.

Just a FYI:D

Let's look at it this way, if the goal was 6inches taller and 6inches wider then it would be 2-0 Sens right now:nono:. NJ's D is all over Ott right now, they seem content to play D 1st and 2nd and 3rd, and then wait for the Sens to make a mistake.

On a side note: Smolinski is fawking useless in the playoffs. He was useless with the Kings, and is useless now with the Sens. Pulls a Houdini act every fawking yr.

Think the Sens are a little stunned that Hossa went in the locker room. Hope he's OK.:(

Thanks very much, guys. The Sens live to fight another day. Spezza with the magic hands:). Sorry about the Over:eek:

You know Babcock and the Quacks are loving this right now:D. They were well rested from sweeping the Wings, and ended up taking both games in Dallas, now they're in the same situation again. Whether in NJ or in Ott, they're gonna be dogs for sure. I think they definitely have a great shot at taking 1 of the 1st 2 games on the road.

ddubs,

Congrats on the Sens win tonight. I am staying away for the rest of the series after Game 4 and just hoping for a miracle with my series play.

As for Spezza, have to disagree with you when you say he is a speed demon. I had the chance to watch Jason play here in Windsor with the Spitfires of the OHL for about a year and a half and his skating certainly never was his strong point. He certainly isn't one to fly by other guys, from a skating stand point.

However, as we all witnessed tonight, he is a very talented hockey player and has great hockey sense and offensive abilities. The knock on him has always been his laziness in the defensive zone and his lack of physical play. That is the reason the Sens always give for not keeping him with the big club full-time. It is interesting to note though, that it might have something to do with the fact he makes $800,000 a yr, when he plays with the Sens and 1/10 th of that when they send him down to Binghamton. At least that is what Don Cherry would have you believe.

Either way, his presence in the lineup was probably long overdue. I'm hopeful that his performance tonight might light a fire under someone like Alfreddson and others to play with that kind of enthusiasm that he brought to the table tonight.

Anyhow, good luck and just wanted to state for the record that Spezza doesn't bring speed to the table for the Sens, he brings a great hockey mind, in particular in the offensive zone. From what I saw, he was pretty dominant on face-offs tonight as well winning 88% of the draws he took, including the one that setup his goal in the 3rd.

Great stuff dubber! Sorry I was not around to confirm Spezza. Jacques did hold Neil and Spezza at the end of the morning skate today and we all thought that it was because Neil would sit tonight and sure enough, it happened. Drop me an e-mail and I will tell ya anything you need to know for G6.
