Kansas City area for who knows how long....
Tampa Bay---Khabib it has to be. Tampa doesn't play again until 15th.

Phoenix---Boucher, I suppose. PHX does play tomorrow, but in past they used Boucher in back to back nites.

from TB paper:

Nikolai Khabibulin shut out his former team 3-0 in the only matchup last season. ... Phoenix is 4-4-0-1 on the road. ... Tampa Bay is 5-0-0-1 at home. ... G Brian Boucher is 5-1-1 with 1.98 goals-against average against the Lightning. ... Tampa Bay's 53 goals lead the Eastern Conference. Phoenix has allowed a Western Conference- high 48 goals. ... Boucher is 5-6 with a 3.12 GAA filling in for Burke. ...

Chicago--Thibault, NHL player of the week. Wittenberg on official site writes "Goalie Jocelyn Thibault is off to his best start and has not allowed an even-strength goal for nearly 207 minutes.....Thibault has a 1.75 goals against average with a .931 save percentage and leads the NHL with
three shutouts."
Thibault is 12-4-0 vs FL, 2.03 gga, .921 pct.

Chicago is 6-0 last 6 meetings, under is 3-2-1. Chi PP a dismal 4.3 on road and 0.0 in last five games. PK is third best overall in league.

Florida---Hurme. Today's Sun-Sentiel sez "With Roberto Luongo out with a sore back, Jani Hurme will get the start. He's 2-0-1 with a .962 save percentage and 1.28 goals-against average in three starts. Hurme shut out Calgary 3-0 Saturday. '

Kozlov is back tonight. Miami Herald writes "Offensively, the Panthers have the best power play in the league when Kozlov plays (30.3 percent) and the worst ( 4.76 percent) when he doesn't......In Kozlov's seven games, Jokinen has five goals and five assists for 10 points. In Kozlov's eight missed games, Jokinen managed only two goals and five assists for seven points."

Chi under is 7-3 last 10...TB under is 5-2-3 last 10.

NY Rangers--Richter claims NY Daily News. He's 8-3-1 vs SJ, 2.48 gga, .911 pct. But lost last two visits to Shark Tank.

NYR are 14-4-2-0 all time vs SJ, but 1-2-1 last four visits there.
SJ is just 2-4-1-0 at home this season.

San Jose--Nabokov it has to be. He's 2-1-0 vs NYR, 2.59 gga, .911 pct. He has shaken off rust in recent starts, but did let in 4 last game. Coach blamed that on poor defense he hopes to address tonight. Rangers offense much better on road than home.
SJ leave tomorrow on season-long 8 game road trip.
