NFL 3-0 + $ 1,179.00

I didnt play any NFL games this week and just watched several games for future information.

I have a big interest in this game because there is alot of emotions that can be identified in this game.

The number one thing I am looking at is the scandal involving Bret Favre. I wouldnt be surprised if ESPN doesnt bring out the reporter to be interviewed before the game and asked about Brets penis pictures. I wouldnt put it past the media.

Any way you look at it, Favre is going to be affected by this. Some QBs step up and play great, and some fold the tent. Favres past is that he will play stronger.

But there is one aspect that I think will make this play a winner. That is how he is dealing with this information and his family. Is his wife just finding out about this from the media ? Probably as I doubt Favre would have spilled this.

His wife is a cancer survivor and probably not as strong with things. Anyway , I think this could have a big affect on Favre and how he plays in NY.
The place where he played and dibbled and dabbled around.

...........................................................

I think that Cromartie is going to play Moss.

I believe that a week is not enough time to get down to a solid pitch and catch game between Moss and Favre.

Alot of pressure on Favre by the Jets defense and
Favre will not have time to throw it down field. His offensive line is not the best in the NFL.

Favres old ankles might just crack like a chicken bone.

Despite the presence of Favre in the pocket, Minnesota has only completed four passes for more than 20 yards -- fewest in the NFL.

Moss didn't have a catch for the first time since 2006 in New England's 41-14 win over Miami on Monday, but had two receptions -- including a spectacular one-handed 34-yard TD grab -- against the Jets (3-1) in Week 2. He beat Darrelle Revis on that play as the cornerback pulled up with a strained left hamstring.

Revis, who hasn't played since but is hoping to return Monday, says Moss eased up in the second half of that game. :SIB

"He came out full force, early in the game," Revis said. "In the second half, you could tell he was kind of like putting his foot on the brake. But everybody knows that's Randy: sometimes he plays 100 percent, sometimes he doesn't." :scared

This isn't the first time Revis has criticized Moss, to whom he referred as a "slouch" in January.

Minnesota has dropped six in a row to the Jets since a 29-21 victory in 1975.

Favre, one touchdown pass away from 500 in his career, has also lost his last three starts against the Jets, with whom he played one season in 2008:facepalm: .

Sanchez has done a stellar job leading New York's offense this year, throwing eight touchdown passes and no interceptions. :00hour

The Jets will receive a big boost at the wide receiver position. Santonio Holmes is expected to make his season debut after being forced to sit the first four games by the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Holmes, acquired from Pittsburgh in April, joins an offense that is averaging 32.3 points and 394.0 total yards during a three-game winning streak.

"I think he's going to be a huge thing for us," Ryan said. "He looks like he hasn't missed a beat. He looked good."

A revitalized LaDainian Tomlinson is looking better than most expected after being cut by San Diego in the offseason and signing with the Jets.

Tomlinson rushed for 133 yards -- his first 100-yard game since Oct. 26, 2008 -- and scored two touchdowns in last week's 38-14 win over Buffalo. The 31-year-old is proving he is still on top of his game, averaging 6.1 yards on 56 carries.

"I know what age I am. It doesn't mean I can't play," he said. "I never lost confidence. I always knew I could do it. It was just about having an opportunity."

The Jets rank fourth in the NFL in rush defense, yielding an average of 74.8 yards, but they'll likely have their hands full trying to stop Peterson, whose 130.7 rushing yards per game rank second in the league.
.................................................................

A good prop bet would be who gets more yards Holmes or Moss ?

My money would be on Holmes.

GO JETS !

KOD do you consider that every hour on every sports channel the chatter is about FAVRE and the NY chick.
This shit happened 2 years ago and was already surfaced but nothing happened now all of sudden the week before the Vikings play the Jets on MNF its a TOP STORY...This is pure media BS and its working because everyone is on the JETS everywhere saying how the Jets are gonna crush Favre. But what the public forgets is HE OWNS (MNF) and the Vikings will look like a completely different team with Moss out there. I do wish you luck but knowing you and how you bet you should consider backing Favre in this spot.

Brett Favre's wife nearly sacked him over babes
By ADA CALHOUN and DAN MANGAN

After years of suffering ever since she hooked up with the randy quarterback, Brett Favre's wife has tried to kick him to the curb at least once after discovering he'd been trying to hook up with a bevy of babes.

Deanna Favre wrote in a 2007 autobiography that in the mid-1990s -- a decade before they married -- as Favre was abusing booze and Vicodin while playing for the Green Bay Packers, she was aware that "there were other women at those places where Brett and his friends were partying."

At the time, the couple shared a 6-year-old daughter and a home in Green Bay.

Brett Favre was read the riot act by wife Deanna before they even married.
"Most people assumed I was jealous and simply wanted him to stop going out. But I knew something was dreadfully wrong," Deanna wrote in her book, "Don't Bet Against Me! Beating the Odds Against Breast Cancer and in Life."

"One night, I walked into the room and heard Brett talking on the phone to a woman I had discovered he'd been calling," she wrote.

" 'That's it!' I told him. 'I don't deserve to be treated like this. You asked me to move up here to Green Bay, and now you're calling these girls -- well, you're on your own now. I'm not living this way. All this stuff is over for me.' "

Deanna, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2004, said Favre -- - "heard the finality in my voice and realized I was done."

"The next day, he sent me flowers and begged me not to go," Deanna wrote.

What changed her mind was speaking with the wife of the Packers' quarterback coach, who told her, "Don't leave, or Brett will end up killing himself."

Deanna stayed, but Favre later left for Mississippi in the off-season, with his addiction spiraling out of control. In May 1996, with Deanna back by his side, he revealed his dependency on Vicodin and went into rehab.

The couple married later that year.

But in 1999 Deanna again threatened to kick Brett to the curb because he was drinking.

"You had called a divorce attorney. You had kicked him out of the house," a "Good Morning America" reporter reminded Deanna in 2007.

Something tells me that none of us could deal with this and concentrate on a Monday Night Football game.

Favre who's being probed by the NFL for inappropriate behavior with a sideline reporter.

Favre could be suspended :scared

Hey Shleprock

Do me a favor and contact your friend again about this.

Ask him how much Favre is worth totally with everything and how much he stands to lose during the pending divorce proceedings ?

Got to say it is close to 200 million or more conservatively. She gets the kids, the dog, the houses , the cars , half his savings, alimony,
and on and on. I am sure there are a few things in there that Favre really dont want to lose.

Remember how Tiger's play has been affected by his whole philandering around.

Its the money that hurts the worst.

I see a big correlation in Tiger and Favre with similiar problems before a big tournament or football game.

I am just the messenger. It seems to me you thinkthis will have an affect on his play and I'm just letting you know I wouldn't factor that in.

Sorry Shlepcock

but I have to call bullchit on your information. Seen it too many times over the years.

My friends brother mothers sister cousin knows Favre and he told me that ...........

There is alot of other factors for me to make this play, but I happen to think that this will affect Favre.

There will be no way to prove how it affects the Vikings losing this game, but I will say it will be a accumulation of bad karma that kicks Favre right in the touchole.

This is why I gamble. This is why I win.

Using the full name of the woman Tyson is accused of raping, including her middle name of Lynn, Garrison said, "The state would call?? Lynn ??, Judge." In acquaintance-rape cases such as this, no other moment matches the one in which the accused finally faces his accuser?the first instant when, after months of legal maneuvering, the only two people who know the truth are together in open court. Now, more than six months after Tyson and his accuser had last been together, in room 606 of the Canterbury Hotel, the confrontation was at hand. As Garrison held open a side door leading into the courtroom, waiting for his witness to arrive, Tyson was 30 feet away, staring at the top of the table in front of him. He raised his eyes, glancing furtively at the open door, then quickly looked away. Several more times he stole nervous peeks at the doorway. When the petite college freshman stepped into view, looking somber in a gray suit over a white blouse, Tyson saw her but at once cast his glance back to the tabletop.

The tension of that moment was but prelude to emotions the young woman's six hours of gripping testimony would evoke. In an occasionally ghastly account of the events surrounding the 45 minutes she spent in Tyson's hotel room at the Canterbury, the former Miss Black America beauty contestant testified that Tyson grabbed her, stripped off her clothes and ultimately restrained and raped her on his bed. Twenty-five hours later, with the encouragement of her parents, she complained to the police. On Sept. 9 a Marion County grand jury indicted Tyson on one count of rape, two counts of deviate sexual conduct and one count of confinement. Tyson's defense is that after coming to his room, the young woman consented to have sex with him.

The prosecuttion attorney used no notes, and when he reached the point in his narrative at which the alleged rape took place, he leaned into the jury box. Sweeping his arm in a cutting downward motion, he described Tyson throwing the accuser onto the bed "like a rag doll." He talked of a "massive forearm" holding her down, and as he gave his version of how Tyson had lifted the young woman by her legs, he dramatically thrust his right hand high above his head.

Besides dealing with questions about the accuser's motives, the prosecution faced the difficult task of explaining to the jury what the young woman was doing in Tyson's bedroom at two in the morning. Toward that end Garrison guided the accuser through a recounting of the events of that night. Her testimony suggested a trusting, starry-eyed teenager who had foolishly allowed herself to be drawn out of her room at the Omni Severin Hotel, a block from the Canterbury, by a post-midnight phone call from Tyson in which he begged her to join him for a ride, saying he just wanted to talk.

The accuser had first met Tyson only 12 hours before at a promotion for the beauty pageant. "You're a nice Christian girl, right?" he said, according to her testimony. At one point, she said, he asked her out on a date and she replied, "Sure." He agreed to try to set up one of her roommates, beauty contestant Pasha Oliver, with singer Johnny Gill, who was with Tyson, so that they could double-date. She wrote down her hotel room number and gave it to Tyson. The accuser, a Sunday school teacher, said she noticed that Tyson was wearing a large pin on his shirt that said TOGETHER IN CHRIST.

How times have changed when instead of raping a woman in a hotel room, you send her texts of your penis and try to get her to do a fly by .

Things are not always as they seem.
