Why I ever post in this forum, I don't know. :shrug: Actually up a bit this baseball seaon just messing around, but a posted play seems to be great Fade Material. Do what you need to....

Tried to figure out why Vegas set this total so high. Dempster is 10-1 with a 2.72 era at home, Moehler has a 2.86 era in 5 outings against Chicago. Close to 70% of tha action is on the under as it should be according to these numbers.
However.....
Dempster has walked 9 batters over his last 2 home starts . The Cubs are swinging the bat very well hitting .314 with 10 HR's and 53 Runs over their past 8 games. Despite looking better in his last outing, Moehler has been very inconsistent giving up 6 runs off 9 hits in just 2 1/3 innings prior to that. It will be his first start since 2000 at Wrigley. Damn hot and very humid conditions could help the ball carry with a wind blowing to dead center field this evening.
