DC 3-1, beat Astros Sunday in ss, and lost badly to Mets (who they beat in spring training opener).
Det 3-0, Tied Sunday vs Cleve (and won a "B" game vs TB)
The Tigers host the Washington Nationals on Monday in a 1:05 p.m. ET contest at Joker Marchant Stadium. Jeremy Bonderman will make his second start of the spring, followed by Kyle Farnsworth, Troy Percival, Chris Spurling, Ugueth Urbina, Jamie Walker and Sean Douglass. Tony Armas Jr. is expected to start for the Nationals.
Bonderman pitched 3 innings (4 hits, 1er) in Tiger's spring opener against Phillie's regulars.
Armas started the Nationals' first exhibition game on Wednesday and threw two shutout innings in a 5-3 victory over the Mets. He threw 28 pitches, struck out two and walked none. He was excellent in Venezuela winter ball too.

Greg Maddux will make his first Cactus League start Monday for the Cubs against Texas. The game, scheduled to start at 1:05 p.m. CT, will be broadcast on ESPN.....Joe Borowski will get his first game action on Monday...Borowski, who appeared in 22 games last year before he was shut down in early June with a shoulder injury, has looked sharp this spring. He also had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee this offseason..

The Devil Rays travel to Fort Myers to play the Twins on Monday at 1:05 p.m. ET at Hammond Stadium. Right-hander Rob Bell will start and will be followed by Mark Hendrickson. Right-hander Carlos Silva will start for the Twins and will be followed by left-hander Francisco Liriano, right-hander Joe Nathan, and left-hander Ryan Rowland-Smith

The pitching trio that started the Grapefruit League opener will appear in Monday's game in Clearwater against the Phillies, but the order will be different. Left-hander Carlos Hernandez will start, followed by right-handers Pete Munro and Tim Redding. Last week, Munro started, and next time, Redding will start.
Cory Lidle starts Monday against the Astros, who counter with lefty Carlos Hernandez. Lidle got roughed up in his debut on Thursday

If the Big Unit's calf allows, this game will match the same starting pitchers who squared off on May 18 last year in Atlanta. That was the evening Johnson tossed a perfect game against the Braves
3/6 Mets--while Kris Benson, whose Thursday start was washed out, will see his first game action Tuesday against the Orioles
3/6 Milk--Ben Sheets is scheduled to make his spring debut with one inning of work against the Royals on Thursday. It will be his first appearance since undergoing minor back surgery last October.
3/6 Astros/Cleve-- Righty Dave Burba will face former Astro Scott Elarton on Tuesday, when the Astros host the Cleveland Indians. Roger Clemens will start Wednesday night's game at Disney against the Braves
3/5 Angels-- John Lackey is scheduled to start Tuesday's game when the Angels host the Mariners
Lackey started one game this spring training: 1 in, 4 hits, 3er on 3rd vs mostly SF regulars.
3/5 Mets-- Kris Benson, whose start was washed out Thursday, will see his first game action Tuesday against the Orioles.
