I've been lurking here for quite sometime watching all of this go down, and for someone who doesn't gamble any more - it really has been an eye opening expereience. There are guys on both sides - those who like, and those who don't. Now, I can't for the life of me figure out why someone would dislike w&w. What has he done to make you dislike him?
Now this is coming from someone who KNOWS w&w personally.
I can tell you these things for a fact:
1. He will not go pay. So if that's why you're bashing him - well - that's up to you. It's not his style, and he has nothing to gain from it. (no matter what you think.)
2. The system that he is using is EXTREMELY complicated, and often changes at the last minute. With all of the exposure (whether it's self inflicted or not) he doesn't want to give forced plays. - Winners OR Losers.
3. The system will likely dip - and when it does - people will pile on. Which is sad. I guess that's who we are as a society - we want to see someone fall down when we see them do well. (Kobe, R. Williams, D.Rodman, etc.-)
I don't know anyone else on this board-so I don't know what you're like, but I do know this - w&w has a family, and would never do anything to jeapordize that; BUT - He is not a man to be f'd with. We've gotten into our fair share of squables out and about (when he was single), and he is not the guy to call out. Not that any of this talk would ever come to anything, but just know that.
Wish everyone the best of luck in their wagering - just try to think about WHAT you say and WHY you're saying it. Is it for the betterment of everyone else on the board - and does it help the common cause . . . . beating the book?!?
