just curious TBB....a certain consenus site had like 56% syracuse, so where do you come up with this "good job public" that everyone had pittsburgh? plus, cuse was off an impressive win scoring 85-90 points while pitt lose....I'm just wondering how you come up with this sarcastic "the public won" stuff :shrug:

My stats had public as Pitt!!! (Of course that was this morning.... Line I had was +8 when it came out and ended at +8.5; therefore I believed even more that the public was on Pitt.) My dumbass should have asked each and everytime where the money is at... Whenever there is a 10%+ difference the non public bet wins WAY WAY more often than not. I lost for one reason and one only, I was on the side of public.... (And I thought I wasn't) I really wish you guys would have pointed it out at halftime.... Would have at least got me to look a little harder.... Oh well.



UAB and the fishy 2nd half line was just that.... Fishy. Had to win by 32.5 and they won by 35. Of course, KS is crushing right now though.

Well I mean, just because the line was moving up on pitt, when the %age is on one side and the line moves opposite, well you know the rest of it.....Hey, I dont know sh*t either, I think the same way as you do with all this stuff and hope it works out more than not....I didn't see your posts all day or maybe woulda noted it...
I agree though, 10%+ diff, ESPECIALLY when the "public" well the consenus public gauge, is on the dog, the favorites usually favored by that many for a reason.....
I wouldnt read into public etc with 2nd half bets, really I dont think they take enough action on that to care a ton compared to full game bets but who knows :shrug: pinnacle back in the day took more stands on certain positions than anyone did
