I posted baseball picks here in '05 with some success. Sadly, in '06 and '07 family responsibilities got the best of me. Now I have a litte free time.
Det/KC U 8.5 -110 3 units Cold, rainy, wind blowing in, money seems to be on the over, line moving towards the under, Meche's ERA in 14 starts against Tigers is 3.78, Verlander's ERA against the Royals in 8 starts is 2.26, the Royals had the worst road OPS in MLB in '07, the worst OPS against righties in the AL in '07, and I don't think their lineup got much better.....etc....etc.
This is a wreckless pick. A smart man would wait until the season's second week to start wagering.
