Best Bet winner yesterday as Appalachian State wins SU!!! Had the M-Fuking Trojans +8 late last night. Watching them blow the cover summed up my week. Had some big$$$ winners so I did not lose too much $$$, but was so close on so many games. Should have been up $$$ for the week. Really like tonight's Best Bet & I am tempted to call it my Big East GOY but bad things seem to happen when I do.:nono: Anyway, playing these tonight:
Villanova -10(Best Bet)*
Hofstra +12.5
UNDER 56.5(Notre Dame@Pittsburgh-1st Half)
UNDER 122.5(Notre Dame@Pittsburgh)
Georgia State -2
West Virginia +11
UNDER 59(West Virginia@Kansas State-1st Half)
Norfolk State -2
Lehigh -2.5
*-Love the Wildcats in this spot!!!:yup They have dominated the Knights over the years winning 5 out of the last 6 in the series & are 28-9 overall. Rutgers will play their first game without leading scorer Eli Carter who broke his leg last Saturday @ DePaul. Not good for a team that is near the bottom of the Big East in offensive production scoring only 66ppg. PG Myles Mack, who scored 28 points in the loss to DePaul, will be asked to pick up the slack but at 5'9" that will be tough especially against the Wildcats. Nova's defense shut down one of the top backcourts in the nation just 2 days ago @ Connecticut. Here are some ATS numbers:
Rutgers just 1-4 last 5 and 4-9 in Big East play
Nova 9-4 in the Big East & 16-7 overall
When these teams hook-up it is usually a high scoring affair as 10 out of the last 12 games have gone OVER the posted total. I think Nova will score theirs while Rutgers, with Carter out, will not. My Guess:
Rutgers 55
Villanova 76
Hope everyone is having a great President's Day!!!! I am heading out to the track to play the ponies & :drinky: Will have a couple of selections posted in the At The Track forum. Best of Luck MadJackers & GO NOVAAAAA!!!!!!:0008
