Another profitable day yesterday huh?

Let's see......

up 11.9 units heading into the Buffalo game where you dropped 11 units on your game plays and another 5.5 units on your teaser. That's a loss of 16.5 units on one game. Maybe you can define profitable.

Tonight you go 2-2 for a loss of .5 units and one poster congratulates you for your "great plays." This place is too much.

I dont think Mickey saw my last Sunday night post where I posted a line @43. If he read it entirely he would have seen where my 8 units over play was 43 and not 44.That gave us a profit of 3.7 units for Sunday. He also didnt read the whole monday thread with my 2nd half selections.3-2 for the evening @+2.5 units. Maybe he was on the Overs Sunday and Monday night like I was.I know his pain. Would have had HUGE profits were it not for those lame ass second halves. But alittle profit is better than the payin the man.

You're right Kid I didn't see where you changed your play to 43 from 44. Most posters give their picks after placing their bets so I just assumed you had played at 44.

Mostly was intrigued by your touting the big play with an 8 unit bet so I was thrown when you talked about a profitable day when I thought you had taken a loss instead of a push. I'm the last guy to kick someone over losing plays just thought your post was attempting to deny an obvious loss which I thought shouldn't go without comment. Anyway my apologies.

BTW, I RARELY bet overs. Absolutely hate them and make most of my NFL deniero on first half unders.

No offense taken Mickey.I thought you might have had that Over also. I'm still pissed about it.That game had Over written all over it.I dont know what they drank at halftime, but I think they shipped some of that stuff out to the MIA/SD game on Monday.I would at least doubled the profit if all 4 teams didnt go in the tank.

I used to wait till after I make my bet to post but at the request of other members last year they wanted me to post sooner than a few minutes before game time.

All I can say is We'll get em again this week.

Thanks Kid.

I did have one over on Sunday and that was the Tennessee game that also looked like a sure fire winner at the half and then turned out to be a sure fire loser only to have Jax miraculously score a touchdown with 5 seconds left. I think you had that game too and have to admit that we got VERY lucky on that one so these things do tend to even out. Still hate overs though.
