Money Well Spent? Not

Heres a real neat one talk about pork. 1.6 million set aside in next years budget just voted on for what. To study the affects a rain forest in Iowa would have on Iowa, Wisky and Ill. Now just how in hell does that make any sence at all. Just how do they expect to grow this rain forest to start with. ctownguy is right this election time to clean house.

Well you have your head completely in the sand and havent a clue as to how politics works if you think this is unusual. You think "cleaning house" is going to prevent pork? Get a grip. Of course these programs are ridiculous. But if you replaced every single member of Congress, every single cabinet member, and every single person in the White House with people you wanted to be there, it would still happen. Anyone that thinks otherwise needs to spend a little time in Washington or learn a little more about politics.

I understand that very well. But this one is dam sure far out. With all the real needs we have this is just plain waist.
