Moneymaker at the Depot

Saw Chris Moneymaker at Home Depot today. He and his lady friend were checking out kitchen setups. He is smaller than I thought he was.

I didn't talk to him because I don't feel it is appropriate, but he has lost some weight since his victory.

Just thought that it was neat to see someone that you see plastered on the TV constantly in your day to day.

I almost asked him if he was still planning on playing Jack straight up for charity.

Chris Moneymaker is currently on a one way road to oblivion so I am sure he would be appreciative of any last remnant of celebrity status.

Every dog has his day and Moneymaker had his.

IX-- Seve (my son--like Ballesteros) is doing great! He is now 6 1/2 months old.

I sure wish I could be in Vegas for the Super Bowl, but other duties (and doodies) call. If we don't spit another one out by then, I am planning on being there 2006.

On Moneymaker, he is going to slip into oblivion with a little more change in his pocket, though. I think I would rather live in oblivion than the spotlight anyway.
