Monster chalk parlay payout foiled by the rain!

I hit my first large parlay of the season in baseball yesterday, thanks to some chalk and late inning heroics by Boston, LAD and the Cubs.

PARLAY (9 TEAMS) +4857 on a 3 unit bet

[908] Chicago Cubs -228( ACTION )
[910] Colorado Rockies -191( ACTION )
[916] Toronto Blue Jays -131( ACTION )
[918] Texas Rangers -189( ACTION )
[923] New York Yankees -168( ACTION )
[926] Boston Red Sox -163( ACTION )
[928] Houston Astros -175( ACTION )
[930] Los Angeles Dodgers -310( ACTION )
[919] Cleveland Indians -176( ACTION )

But because of the Indians/Twins rain out, that was a NO ACTION play and the payout was reduced to +3058. Noooooo! That cost me a big chunk of change when I had Cleveland as one of my individual best bets for the day.

Life is not fair. But even when things go your way, life has a way of sticking it to you!

Anyway, just thought I would share that sometimes we get lucky. I just wish that I had the bank roll to have higher wagers! Thanks to RAYMOND for the guts to roll the dice on these monster parlays.
