first off some thanks for all the support from my madjack friends.

morehead +2-: following my habit of coming back fading a team that has beaten me recently. ball st has a padded record and leads the mac, but the mac is woeful this year and the cards out-of-conference sos sits at #291. moreover, ball st a mediocre rebounding team and boards are an eagle forte', placing them well into the national top ten on the back of stud kenneth faried, the best in the country. look for his feature article in this week's s/i.

ball st coming off a win at toledo, a major revenge payback to the team that beat them last year at the end of the season and put them into a skid from which they never recovered. cards also have mac powerhouse kent st coming up on thursday (a team morehead thoroughly thrashed a month ago). finally, morehead is riding a minislump, losing their last two after winning six in a row, a setup that results in the bonus 2- points we get tonight.

i see ie has posted the excellent article on this game from the muncie newspaper. rereading it reminded me that i meant to mention that morehead coach price was a ball st asst last year, another intangible edge for the eagles.

wofford -6-: not much to say here except, despite records, still see the terriers as a notch above the paladins (still my favorite nickname). yes, furman sporting their best record to this point in years but their sos, in conference and out, is way softer than wofford's. plus always like it when i get the team with the better guards at home.
