Finding out Bruce Willis's character was actually dead in The Sixth Sense.
I was totally fooled, and I am usually hard to fool when it comes to films.

The part in Stand By Me when Ace says "What are ya gonna do shoot all of us?" and he says " No Ace, just you"
I loved that.

Also,

Full Metal Jacket- Bootcamp scene...brings back terrible memories and when the door gunner on the helicopter talks about shooting women and children. "How can you shoot women and children?" "Easy! Just dont lead them so much!"

Ok, so it's not a movie yet, but if it was true it would be a great scene!!

Several good ones in Silence of the Lambs. I particularly like the near-end scene with the doorbells ringing. Mind you, even that one was a little predictable (not like I can remember my response/thoughts during the FIRST time I saw it). Actually, Hannibal's escape is probably a better moment in that film.

Devils' Advocate has a good twist at the end.

Come to think of it, as far as new(er) things that I've seen goes, Willis being dead in the Sixth Sense would have to be right up there.

The Island of Manhattan
How about the ending Of Primal Fear

When Richard Gere finds out that Edward Norton was playing him all along (I forget the Names in the movie)

I agree the Usual Suspects & Seven were amazing endings

The Shining - when Nicholson cuts the door with a axe , sticks his head through and says here's Johnny !

Also when he was chasing the kid through the ice caves I think I had nightmares about him chasing me trying to kill me.

the kid talking to himself in another voice saying redrum.

Then several scenes in Jaws gave me a jolt.
