Must feel good
Must feel good
I never caught one like that, GOOD FOR YOU :00hour , Hammy.
I've seen, more than once, where every horse on the board paid between $50 and $90 to show and that was at a N.Y. track.
Some players just don't realize that anything can happen in this sport.
Shesh, it seems I got a good story for everything. I guess I've just seen it ALLL....
Brings to mind how much these whale bettors can lose on a race ....
Long time ago, me and good buddy were at Younker Raceway and a horse, Good Chase, was running in the big race. Every other week, that one would go to the front and never look back. My buddy, who isn't a whale, did make a huge bet on "Chase" that night. Well, Good Chase got nailed before the wire that night and my buddy paid the price
What price? Well, it costed him 3 figures that night which was a HUGE bet for him and he had his program all rolled up and hit himself with it when the race was called "official". Oh yeah, he didn't aim too well and hit himslelf where the sun don't shine. Specifially, hit the the ball outa the park that night.
it did stop hurting him shortly afterwards and all was fine. Well, until about 2 years later, he got cancer in that "ball" and had to get it removed.
Don't go wacko on a hoss, MJers. Focus on ONE or two, at most, track(s), learn it like the back of your hand, and grind out them winners. Oh, and have fun doing it too.
