Neal Brown WV coaches voice.." con graduations fella's we are going to the Liberty Bowl vs Tennessee. I am so proud of you.....wait a minute...just heard Tenn has a covid problem Army has replaced Tenn....be back in an hour to break down Army... thank you for your patience.. We are playing Army who runs a wishbone. I am familiar somewhat with a wishbone attack when I coached Troy the past few years. Ga Southern although a little different running an option attack we beat them the last 3 years 49-28,35-21 and 38-16. My problem with you guys is we only have 3 days to prepare for this offense." . Monken the Army coach uses a lot of motion,different formations,different blocking schemes,shifts,and more. It is very hard to defend since you cannot simulate it in practice. " " Army has won back to back games vs Navy and Air Force winning 10-7 and 15-0. So these guys are sky high. But they will be ready because just a few days ago they were left out of any bowl games. Since they have replaced Tenn think they will be again focused. " Army has played 6 qb's 10 running backs,5 or 6 diff receivers. Over 22 different players have carried the ball. Think Tyler will start at qb since he also leads the team in rushing yds. " They are ranked 4th in the nation in rushing. But they have played nobody except Cincinnati where they lost 24-10 Its army defense that is there strength.. not the wish bone attack.
Our coaches have been given a few videos about attacking the Army Def but more importantly how to stop their options. "

Now Army has not faced a West Vir offense like we have. Army scored 37,49 and 55 points vs Mid Tenn Mercer and Abilene Christian.. they are 9-2 and beside Cinny lost big to Tulane
We have Doege at qb who has over 2,000 yds passing.13 td's and only a few interceptions. Also our OL is big,strong and athletic. But Army hasn't seen Leddie Brown our 5'9 running back who has 950 yds and avgs 5.3 yds per carry. " Leddie wake up you look like your dozing back there. " Our wrs all have good size and can catch and fly." Although Army has an All American linebacker in Rhatten he is going to have trouble today trying to stop our play action and Leddie .
"We cannot take this Army team lightly In the past 2 years Oklahoma in our conf beat them in over time as a -20
favorite and the year before Michigan just won by a few.
This will be the best offensive team team they see and also the best defensive line. We have 1st team All American Stiles on the DL.. Mr Stiles please wake up back there...
Guys do not sleep on these guys We only have to win by 7 since the line has now dropped to -6.5 Look what our B-12 brother did to Florida last night"
