Swingers. If you're a guy and have ever been sad or depressed over a girl, this is a must-see. Nothing flashy or anything, just a movie about friends and love. Many, many parts I can relate to.

My personal all-time fav......

Dead Poet Society:thumb: "Captain, my captain"

Sounds corny, but that movie was a big factor between where I am now, and where I was headed. Really made me think about my life.

Then......

Finding Forrester
The Green Mile
Forrest Gump
Good Will Hunting
Braveheart
Schindler's List
Tears of the Sun

All were incredible movies.

For emotional movement, my choice would be:

RUDY

The scene at the end where he is being carried off the field and his dad is going nuts in the stands...geez. It always makes me reflect and wish that my dad would have that much pride in me.

Victory Lane
Braveheart with Mel Gibson.

At the end where he yells Freedom !

instead of mercy and then they chop off his head.

I guess its the courage of knowing its going to happen and going ahead and doing it anyway. Of course it is the movies.

Honestly I would have to say here are my top 5 movies that move me....

The Empire Strikes back-----When Han Solo is about to get frozen in carbonite, thats a tense moment.

Pearl Harbor------I could not imagine what it was like to go through what happend there.

Band of Brothers------wasn't really a movie, but still was amazing to see what they did for our country.

Good Will Hunting-----great script and awesome to watch

One Flew over the Cukoo's Nest------was a great movie also. I really never knew though if he was insane or not, it was tough to tell.

why do so many of us have that same feeling. Dads of previous generations just didnt know how to instill pride in their sons. Its very sad to me.

In Rudy the father does have pride at the end. But why did the kid have to go through so much shit before he was recognized in a football stadium. It should have happened long before that.
