Calgary Has won seven in a row. They beat Detroit 3-1 on Wen. My take is that Calgary is due to lose. They just beat Detroit. This is a let down game. I ask u were's the motivation? Answer there is no motivation.
The Hawks have been off since Sunday! Five days of rest. Trent Yawney has been cracking the whip on the Hawks this week in practice. He has made some line adjustments which should help the offense. They've also have has a lot of time to watch tape of the Flames. Khabibulin is turning his game around. He only gave up 1 goal to the Oilers on Sunday. The Oilers just hung a six spot on Detroit yesterday.
Conclusion u have a well rested team with plenty of motivation against a team that just played Detroit with a perfect let down spot. The Hawks r the only play. My only worry is those damn penalties the Hawks keep taking. Hopefully with five days rest they have solved this problem.
