...Mr Obvious plays for sure, but I think it's well worth a shot. On paper, this amounts to pitch-and-catch for Symons. Symons has done his damage vs mostly mediocre pass defenses, but the Buff pass defense is porous (like 9.2 yds/pass attempted). I don't think it's unrealistic to project Symons for 72%+ completions and 550+ pass yds. It's a pretty good situation for the Red Raiders, too, coming off a blowout loss and playing w/ blowout revenge. The Buffs have some speed, and Klatt's been playing well. The Texas Tech defense threw a "no hitter" vs Missouri, so needless to say there are holes. Intriguing game, and I'm sure to be lining up w/ Joe Public here. I have to project a 58-34 type of Texas Tech win, however.
Boils down to the fact that one player (Symons) should have a great game on Saturday. GL, fellas. Enjoy the games.
