What is the best book for parlays? I use Carib for the most part ... anyone, feel free to chime in.

no clue but how about Parlaybook ???

I just start to use Gameday about a week and all I use is parlay, some book only allow up to 6 teamer, but gameday allow up to 12 teamer. Check it out, Gameday is also a sponsor of MJ.
