Got the results back. They orignally thought I might have stenosis. Test came back all ok. No stenosis. Mild degenerative changes-some arthritiis-normal finding for someone my age. No nerve impingment or disc porblems. My symptons are basically muscular so have to continue with pt, exercises , cut down on my time at the computer (only 5 minutes at a time and no more than 30 mintues a day )as it resutls in poor posture for my neck and head. No reading in bed for 30 days-same deal. Nothng big but going to be a pain in the ass for football this year if it does not go away as I spend couple a hours a day on football totals. Right now doing nec upper back exercises 3 times a day for 20 minutes each. Also go in once a week for neck tractions and massages.

I might not manage to live without reading in bed... well, glad the results turned out positive for the most part!
