MS Outlook question

[TIME TO MAKE $$$]

Whenever I receive an email from a certain individual it is directly sent to my junk mail box, now I have never flagged this individual's email to be sent there. I have checked all options and I am unable to correct this matter, anyone have any suggestions?

Hmmmm... Tough one. I guess you don't use a spamware program either... gotta be the Rules Wizard???

At worst, maybe re-install MS Outlook?

Here is how you do it for Outlook Express

>Tools
>Message Rules
>Blocked Senders List
Highlight the Account you want to reactivate
Click "Remove"
OK
