The road trip unlv and san diego st are on the wyoming/csu road trip is the hardest almost in ncaa hoops to make, the teams hate this road trip and over the last 5 years only 4 or 5 teams have swept this road trip, watched the unlv game and wrap up show last night and both players and spoon both said and i knew this already going in but after first 6 mins of the game unlv players were drenched and sucking air wyoming is 7200 feet up and like i said all teams hate to make this trip you go to wyoming or csu play then fly to the next school stay the night practice the next day and play the day after that it is a real bitch . so not many teams sweep it and not like unlv is right at sea leve. well san diego state will be or should be sucking more wind then unlv did they were at csu 2 days ago it is better to get wyoming out of the way first then csu like the rebs did sdst had csu first and wyoming 2nd, that is the harder way to make the swing. going to take my chance with unlv not a good spot but think they will have enough legs. but watch for teams on this trip most only get a split at best so if lines are not over 4-5 would go with the home teams and you should do ok more times then not.

unlv+1 2 units

utah+6 5 units after the thrashing utah got sat i think 6 might be a little to much to give them and neither team runs up the points though af did score more then use to seeing them last time out but this will be a true to form game where 6 points is like getting 12 almost due to speed of game and just don't see it tonight.

n.mex+2.5 2 units they have been shooting the ball very well as of late and a tuff place to play, they match up with byu good and are a better shooting team and better athletes then byu. should be a very tuff game but i will take the hotter team at home getting the points.

I totally agree. 3 baskets in this game is like 5 baskets in a "regular" game.

hit the wrong button utah+6 just saw i had - 6 ,i just find it hard for af to be giving utah 6 down to 5.5 here not much of a difference see offshore at 5 i think it will drop more, hell the total here is 101 you see that in high school games so that low total tells me even more that getting 6 , 5.5 or 5 is almost = to double what the line is IMO. i think utah wins straight up might make a small money line play on them maybe, already have enough out will think about it.

fletcher great picks last night i piggy-backed you to a nice 3-teamer (uk under, mary -6 and under thanks alot)......you have been right on lately with totals any opinion on the Tx-Tx Tech under......its at 148 now......i think knight tries his hardest to keep this game a half court battle to some point but i see them close to high 130's or low 140's.....any opinion?

i think the game ends up like around 80 - 75 tech not a game i like and if i had a gun to my head would have to go over the 148 just did not really grab me once the track meet starts it might be hard to try in slow it down, thought about playing the over just don't know i have a lot out today and still thinking about utah ml , but still working on both to see if one comes out better then the other, like the over but thre are a few things that i still need to do and like i said have a good bit out today for a monday will know soon.

5.5 does seem high in a game where the total is 101--but this utah team does not play defense like they have in the past. I have to disagree with the Utah play--air force is a well-coached team that takes care of the ball and flat out exceutes-- Air force has some solid players--they make foul-shots, take good shots, rebound, and rarely turn the ball over. Utah--has relied a lot on their jumpshots lately--Do not think they have the toughness(especially off the bench) to go 0n the road against a fundmental team like Air force and be successful. Their offense does not impress me, they have big decent big men, but they never seem to dominate and take over a game. I think Utah is in big trouble tonight--because they will rely on the jump-shot too much--which spells trouble for for the utes. Kind of like unlv---by the way nice call on Kentucky yesterday.

had to edit real quick--not saying utah is not well coached--we all know the coach Majeras is, but this Utah team does not have the same defensive pressure they have had in the past, nor the offense is pounding away inside.

i you are probabley right and af has stuck me more then once last few years as well as utah but it just grabbed me and i jumped, it was one of those type of plays where have been burnt by both teams and should not of messed with it but something inside said utah no real reason but the ass kicking they took sat and the slow down game i think you will see but not playing the ml just played the total on tech game got 147.5 out here so took it. utah is not the same unlv should of beat them but could not hit the free ones to get the win like i said just was one of those should stay away games really did not cap but it just kept coming to me so we will see not a game with work put into it. i do that sometimes just a hunch and that is all.

tex tech ov 147.5 6 units think this will be a track meet and should be fun to watch or at least i think so, looking for points and no deff, if i can get that i will be happy if not part of a days work is all.

good luck will be watching these game close incase i need to try and get out at the half if wheels fall off.

read somewhere that all five starters for the aztecs set career record for minutes played in the col st game, averaging 41 minutes per man. probably the worst spot that could happen for san diego.

UNLV is interesting tonite. Their shooting is excellent on the road.
Funny thing is One of my locals had PK. and the other had C.St. -1 1/2.

Took + 1 1/2

Both SD St. and Colo St. 2overtime could not have helped them.

By the way, a couple of games back WYOMING took some money in a game at UTAH and Utah barely covered at home. I know cause I asked in one of the threads what was up with Wyoming getting money.

But after going on the Utah web-site, I think they got caught looking ahead to the Air Force game big time against New Mexico...

Both teams have excellent records - I like getting the points in this big rivalry - and I am going OVER 101 - this seems like a trap, but both teams consistently score in the 60s and 70s. Air Force has scored less than 50 only twice in early season losses at Belmont and Auburn.

And Utah has scored less than 50 only twice also - the first game vs. Georgia State and the 6th game at UCONN.
