Walk in, walk up to your girlfriend and shoot her in the face, and then do yourself.
Isn't the lobby/check in at Excalibur like partly in the casino?
Maybe I am wrong, been quite a while since I have been there.
Security must not have been far away, he must have shot her (twice), shot himself all in under 1 minute.
