So much better sitting at home making a wager in bed, on the road or anywhere than
sitting in a casino !
Drawback is getting paid takes some time !
I think because there are Casinos all over the country it's lost the excitement to me !

Wynn is beautiful but the same stores I see here are in NY or MIAMI.

Can I bet from my phone while in Vegas thru a local casino ? So I just have to enter to pickup wins or pay losses ?

Vegas will always have the historic mystique.....
Thats about all it has going for it these days ....long time locals will tell you that outside the star-eyed tourist wonderland of the strip, it is a huge festering "sh*t-pit."

You can bet by phone-computer at some houses if you are a registered local.

At least the food was good?

All correct...... Food is good yes but better elsewhere I have a Zurich trained Chef that will come to my house in PR. Any thing i want. If you have never been any where else ya may like vegas.....and yes off the strip is a festering shit pit. People living in sewers and mountains of food being pitched in the garbage daily. Back in the days i was a fan i constantly met people that were waiting to get out. Any thing you can get in vegas you can get better and cheaper more varied and more visually stunning elsewhere.

Well said ! I cannot understand how they don't have a non smoking hotel/casino ?

It's disgusting sitting in a pit of smoke to gamble or make a wager.

Just don't get it ! Hey if you smoke cool - but give me a casino and book non smoking !

What else kinda bums me is we went to the Venetian shops and caesars forum - same fucking retail stores as any other mall !

Going to a show - placing a bet on mia/atl game hopefully grabbing a burger at Holsteins then on to the Grand Canyon tomorrow then outta here !

Very thankful for bookmaker & 5dimes. I'll wait 3-7 days to get my $$$.

Ps
The pepper mill was AWESOME !

the beauty of Nevada and sports wagering..365 days a year, has nothing to do with the Las Vegas Strip. It's the last place I suggest to my friends who want to flavor the thrill of legal sports wagering. Mobile betting apps for smart phones and laptops is becoming more the norm for the professional. Hell you can make $100 parlays at your local 7-Eleven or Alamo Truck stop gas stations across the state of Nevada. :0074

I can do that right here in Indiana without leaving the house? :0074

Matter of fact, when I'm in Vegas I still bet online rather than risk the cash roll I take out there with me.
And Vegas is GREAT! I love it there, no other place like it in the world. :toast:

Betting games and sitting in sports books this time of year blows. Did u get out any and people watch? Did u not watch any fireworks? There were tons of people here this weekend; a great time to be here and see the LV madness of a busy weekend. We went out and enjoyed it last night (ate off strip first). Did u play any poker?

Sure did ! Spent 5 hours on the strip yesterday - Venetian, Wynn, Caesars, Bellagio, Aria and Cosmopolitan - hit the Wynn poker room wasn't overly impressed. Borgata was better. Headed to Aria poker tonight. Saw fireworks too. Going to do slotzilla zip line tonight too...

Only up $300 in total but won a bet on the Rays today $500 so I'm in the + !
Also hit gold and silver pawn...
