Among Libtards!!
just finished watching this on ESPN and all I can say is wow. It was extremely powerful.....loved the way this was presented. Should be a must watch for kids and their parents together. The best one of these ESPN films that I've seen yet.....can't help but hope that guy keeps it together.

Growing up in RI I followed his HS years pretty closely...had a friend who went to almost every one of his games(35 min drive) and actually had his name in the forward of the book FALL RIVER DREAMS written by Bill Reynolds. Thats why he was involved so much in the show. Its a good book about Dufee High School basketball following Chris and his brother Mike. That Caron guy that was interviewed was pretty good player as well and went to Umass for a year and then transferred to Umass Darm and I believe won a National Championship for D2. I knew he was fucked up but NOT to that LEVEL...Lucky to have that wife and lucky to be alive...Hope he stays clean for his kids...I'm rooting for him

Damnitt I missed it and forgot to set the DVR. I've seen his story before but I can't remember where. It's seems like ESPN did a special on him before but maybe it was a different channel.

I always find it interesting to see the things that drive people. Not just in sports but in business or just life. They just did a special on Jerry West on HBO and I found it fascinating to watch.

I saw the final 60 mins (was a 90 min show). Very powerful. I hope to see it around again so I can watch it in full. LOVE the fact tha he is now openly talking about everything that went on with him. Takes a lot to man up and face all the BS you have done in your life and share it with others.

One of the best stories I have watched, growing up and playing basketball myself, knew of the story somewhat but wasnt aware it was to this level.

He is very fortunate to have his wife stick by his side, and Tark treating him like a son. A shame his career went south with drugs, and scary to watch actually, but at least now he is trying it seems to help others through this addiction or stay on the straight path with his own realy life stories.

Am I a dick for not caring about this guy? I mean what are the percentages of making it to the pros... pretty much 0.0 Dean Wormer. So you get a chance and piss it away on drugs and booze. F you, you selfish prick. Every time he's on the radio I change the channel. Maybe I am being unsympathetic, but anyone I've ever come across who's had addiction problems wasn't a professional athlete....

What a load of crap the media feeds us up here as well. Anyone from the Northeast knows that between Len Bias and Reggie Lewis combined, they only tried cocaine once.
