Because, you see, these are four-year-olds riding wayward sheep, and the sheep will not put up with any guff from the children. Mutton is forever victorious.

Mutton is the BEST bbq, but it is very hard to find outside of Western KY. I'm sure there are other regions that feature it, but I haven't found it much.
