Cuban goes thru the reasons why it hasn't happened and what's holding it back. He says a 12 or 16 team playoff would be best and it just lacks money which he has. He already has a few of the BCS school presidents on board. He said from what he's seen so far that once it gets going the money will be so big the schools won't be able to say no.
