was just one more reason that I spend more of my time fishing. Started out fun, got the friend rates at Iron Horse in North Richland Hills so that was cool and had a buddy pick me up a dozen balls that are supposed to be good. I wouldn't know, I know they were titleist(sp?) and he highly recommended them. He's a god golfer so I went with it. Think they retailed for about $38 a dozen maybe, I dunno. Anyway, was about 198 thousand degrees out so we teed off and played the game. Was fun, hadn't swung in a while and my short game sucked but I gotta tell ya, even the fact that I only have three balls left doesn't bother me because I broke out Captain Midnight (My Dad's Old Persimmonn wooden driver and fairway woods) and proceeded to put on the how to crush a ball 300 something yards straight down the middle. I am here to tell you once I figured that out I had a blast. Of course I was friggin hammered by this time, damn hot ass little beer girls cost me like $75. Beers are $5 a pop and I had at least twelve..because the sun was pretty hot and all and I wanted to make sure that my heat stroke was way better than anyone else's heat stroke. After all a stroke's a stroke.
Anyway, it was fun and I need lessons but it isn't something I will spend a lot of time doing either. Not enough water involved for me to like it.
