yanno, Billy da kid's been there as player and coach, maybe that means nothing but OLY is offering Gators +155 and Im biting ... their bigs are damn impressive ... I dont see GM winning and ucla/lsu can beat the crap outta one another, both yeomen teams but lsu perimeter isnt scary and ucla can go in OFF tank at any time ... just see gators cutting down nets

pt,

Agreed. I see an LSU vs. Fla final. Not sure who would take it from there, have to see how LSU plays UCLA's perimeter o.

I was/am right there with you on the UCLAns over LSU,but worry about the hollins injury reported Friday. If its a bad thigh contussion,he will unable to play effectively Sat and being their tallest player,I think his good play is a key to Bruin victory.Do you know anything about the severity of his injury?

eludes,

im sure espn etc will talk about injury, being a diminutive PG i got many of those and 99% walked them off, but i will say one of my worst injuries was contusion at angle on right thigh about 8" above my knee, it friggin numbed me to floor and I couldnt move, in fact, it lingered for 2 months, tho the primary pain was gone in a few days ... no telling how each person responds to various therapy .. hope kids OK and the games are tight

No one is talking about UCLA and then all of the sudden this major injury....? I think Vegas wants people on LSU and George Mason this weekend........... Fla has public money on it, but ESPN is doing their best to keep money going on GM. Not much press about UCLA until this "injury" which I would sit on till game time........ LSU bettors have pushed the line from pick to as high as 3 so far..... And public is getting "sodomized" this year in the tourney (based on the line movements)....... I dont want to convince someone to go one way or the other, but this isnt my first time and press is influenced by what money (casinos) want them to say or show.......

kinda shocked at lack of posts on game in main thread ... but I love the way both ucla and lsu play D ... thomas is a monster and a half, Big Baby, who cant love him, barkley types have always been my faves ... I have slightest lean to ucla b/c their D has been so stingy, their O goes on vacations tho ...

as for nightcap, General Motors has a solid inside out game and if they can establish the bigs like they did vs Uconn, then a upset could be had ... Love the GMs jumphookers, they play post O like it should be manipulated, eiither hand, step thrus, McHale moves ... FL however will play better D than horrid Uconn trotted out, so I see gators in finals and GM wont have huge crowd advantage ...

well ucla won easier then I thought, FL was close to what i thought ... had pretty close to final for both teams ...

i will prb buy back my FL +155, I think ucla wins by 61-56 ... as a coach I just cant buck a better D in any sport ...

will add Fl U65 ... like this quite a bit, historically this game goes under and Bruins D has been unreal, they are long, contest every shot, and will get out on treys and Board up hard

on a good roll as of late and updating, cementing my feelings after thinking more and more on game, I see ucla just too rugged on D for florida ... I have bought out of my orignal +155 and took a little more on UCLA now ... FL could win, sure, they are faves ... But ive been pretty darn good in past in SBs and NCAAs Finals and tonight i have to side with UCLA ...

still like gators U65 too

'Better defense getting points" has been a money maker for a long time. Good luck, like Ucla also.
