not sure about Brandon Marshall, he seems like a cancer and good luck dealing with all his drama, but looks like a solid team

you are weak in the most important position, rb.

rice probably 12-15th best rb (borderline rb1)...unless he bal gives him 20+ carries per game.

felix jones is a rb3 (backup at best)

mcfadden...who knows.

hope welker catches 10+ per game for your reception points. good luck.

why is rb important? If I get pts per catch and have johnson(stud) welker(workhorse-quiet killer) and GOD forbid Marshall gets it together(pssst the ban got lifted time to play-lets see his attitude now) but Id be satisfied with those 3 at wr. can live with rice and mcfadden at rb as well the both catch out the backfield very well!!!
thx fellas. I just dont value the rb spot when I picked 12th and every stud was gone. what wold happen if felix became starter and marion went back to a closer. I can dream and hope for week 5 to come right.

TE is a ridiculously deep position this year. While i do like your team for the settings in your league, believe you woulda been better served grabbing a starting RB there like lohengrin gettings at. Supposedly baltimore was one of (if the most) ground oriented team so rice should do well. Your reasoning with WR's certainly does leave in decent enough postion to cover RB position. GL.

good team, just not deep---

good team, just not deep---

but for ppr --rbs you have move up 15-20 slots---I have the same thoughts you do when it comes to ppr...you don't need two kickers or chambers (too many people in sd to give the ball too), what rbs you got on the waiver wire? also, sanchez? id go with leinart, tell me hes not worth more if warner goes down, which I can only see happening since warner made it thru last year unscathed and he's got that bum hip. Can't put a whole lot into preseason, but he threw no tds

ps--marshall in the 8th is stupid! as in good wtf were they thinking?

lol, thx. the players listed I had to select with a flex as my option I went rb with flex.
wE play TMQB which means only teams like miami and san fran were really left. Sanchez although not great will be sufficient in the 1 week he plays week 5 i believe when brees is off. might even go with redskins pending on who they have on brees' off week.
Marshall I think and I stated this at draft is gonna be the difference maker, he'll win a championship for me if he plays close to his capabilities and we can compete without him, either way I think. RB nothing of substance on waiver wire, until week one atleast:) someone gets pissed off at something usually kinda early when they dnt do as expected.

I like your draft thoughts. Your first 7 match what I'm doing. Marshall scares me. Most are saying RB is your weakness, I say WR. Albit, not a large one.

We have a lot of the same Players.

You might consider dumping Buckhalter and picking up Michael Bush on the waivers if he is available. He'd be a nice handcuff to McFadden and if McFadden goes down, he will be a fantasy goldmine.

You look a little weak at RB, but drafting from 11th spot, I can understand. I wouldn't want anything to do with Denver's backfield with all of the bodies there, so Bucky is a flyer. If McGahee is available as a handcuff to Ray Rice or M. Bush is available, I'd probably try to pick one of them up early....

Since it is PPR, A.J. and Welker are good and if Marshall comes through, he should be your flex. Witten should be almost as good as a WR from the TE spot and I also took him on the turn in one of my leagues when I was drafting from a similar spot....

I think that you probably took a Kicker too early, but it is what it is now. I agree with livintiltheend that Chambers, being a flyer and not likely to see the field with your stable of WR's, is a wasted roster spot. I'd try to find a nice sleeper with tremendous upside on the waivers.... Personally, I can list a few that I like and if they suit your taste and are available, dump Chambers and pick up:

Chris Henry - Cincy
Earl Bennett - Chi
Mark Bradley - KC
Kenny Britt - Tenn
Steve Breaston - Ariz
Sidney Rice - Minny
Kevin Walter - Houst
Robert Meachem - NO

Best of luck!!! :SIB

edit: If I was playing TMQB, I'd rather have S. Hill and SF rather than a rookie as my back-up QB, but like you said, he will only be playing for one week assuming that Brees stays healthy. Just figure out the week that Brees will be on bye and plan accordingly, but do it now instead of waiting. Whatever team has the best match-up that week and is on the waivers, scoop them up now!

p.s. You don't need 2 kickers. Drop one and play the waivers week to week for your kicker and use that roster spot for another long-shot WR or RB or a back up hand-cuff.

8. Brandon Marshall
9. Bears d/st

12. Correll Buckhalter
13. Eagles D/st

Update to the season and roster...running at 8-3 locked up my division and play off spot, won my entry money back thru weekly high scorer payouts($100 per week) won weeks 6/7/8/11 as well as $125 for being Division Champ...so Im getting a crack at around $2K for free basically:00hour Here's the roster and what Ive done to improve or get where I am.

1. Drew Brees..doing what we all expected even slowed off a little as of late with the running game blooming

2. Andre Johnson...hasnt been a STAR for me but love his threat

3. Jason Witten...Well hes on the Cowboys so what would u expect:(

4. Wes Welker...BEAST PPR league and hes racking them up

5. Ray Rice...nice to see them giving him the ball..now only if they just rest Mcgahee on the goal line as well. But hes been BIG for me. My most productive back

6. Felix Jones..I expected more..this was the fan in me.

7. Darren McFadden..Cut replaced with Cadillac Williams who doesnt play but its always nice to have a Caddy in the driveway

8. Brandon Marshall..early on he sat the bench, then he felt like playing(luckily for me it was a bye week for someone and he exploded..I ran him while he was hot...reting comfortably on the bench again)

9. Bears d/st...:nono: BAD PICK

10. David Akers..who knew the Eagles would be in ept on onffense:shrug:

11. Ricky Williams...may be what puts me in the SHIP..Ronnies recent injury has made him a STUD from a role player...ON MY TEAM AND MIAMI

12. Correll Buckhalter...gone for Nate Burleson..quietly hes has a good fantasy season going. Has been used in spot play for me

13. Eagles D/st...feast or famine:confused:

14. Mark Sanchez...learning from Drew he played when Drew had a bye

15. Chris Chambers....gone for Laurance "Bag of Hair" Maroney..only played when they play the week before last..Ive been fortunate to stay heallthy

16. Jermicheal Finley...gone for Zach Miller..who filled in for Witten VERY NICELY on Wittens bye week the Raiders played the Eagles that week and guess who had a 80yd TD:00hour

17. Shayne Graham...gone for J.Carney they just score score score

Hope everyone is having a great fantasy season..it kind of softens the blow on Sundays when I get ass raped in the last seconds of my wager:142smilie Nothing is gauranteed as Ive been almost in this same spot before and lost in the 1st rd due to Manning going fucking BALLISTIC one year:mad:
