whenever a game is TIED at halftime, take the OVER
reasoning: only like 3 or 4 NFL games have ended in a tie over the last 25 years or so.
so.........there is a 99 percent chance that there will be points scored in OT (if it gets there)
I know it sounds simple, but I have had good luck with this in NFL (and college since OT was adopted a few years back)
Basically, there HAS to be points scored in the 2nd half....and if one team scores a touchdown, then all the other team has to do is MATCH that touchdown with one of its own...and then you are guaranteed another score, because the game cannot end in tie.
Hope I didn't lose you...LOL
Just trying to pass alomg something helpful, that maybe some people didn't think about.

P.S.....I really don't think the linesmakers equate this into the 2nd half total.....which is also a plus!
