not counting the jobs created by adding value to goods imported from Canada. You have worldwide trade because you benefit from it.
As for Canada our ecomony would be crushed 84% exports to the US. I am sure with 20%++ unemployment in Canada and our economy destroyed we would only be to happy to help with border security.
