WASHINGTON -1

Will add more later this week, but ...

The Skins will finally end the drought against Dallas. I follow this team closely and they've been waiting so long -- 9 games to be exact -- and this is the time they get it done.Spurrier knew when he came in that beating Dallas was Goal Number one, and he's in good position for it. Coming off a huge confidence-booster against STL, and believing they can make the playoffs (DAL twce, NYG, PHI and HOU remain on the sechdule).

I live in DC and heard a lot the post game comments --> these guys really want this game, and they are convinced they will get it. The odd makers still haven't adjusted much for the Skins emerging defense, and rightfully so because of the QB issues. Also we get good value cuz of the short week and road trip, and b/c Dallas has owned the Skins in recent years.

But Dallas had 2 TD in 4 games before today's win, and I don't think they score more than one on Thanksgiving. Skins defense will dominate this game and the offense should do enough to get the W.

Of course, anything is possible, but I don't see Washington losing this game. My biggest play of the year.

I lost my GOY today going against the Cowboys. I've followed this team since '75. I still can't figure out how these numb-skulls with the most inept offense have covered the last two games.

The Redskins game won't be my GOY because I can't have 2 GOY plays. But hey, I'm laying at least 5% of my bankroll against these fools in Dallas who think they're back on track.

Best of luck

Also looking at the under right now. Dallas has been playing some low-scoring ballgames at home, and the defenses will clearly outclass the O's in this one.

Maybe a small side play on under ... still deciding on that part.

OH, and STILL lovin' the SKINS!;)

betting against home dogs...

is not a winning proposition. Dallas is 9-0 SU vs Wash. I would rather ride the streak I've been on with Dallas than start to bet against it. gl

I appreciate all your input. My thoughts:

The Redskins defense is playoff quality as well, and is getting better with every game Dallas will not score much in this game. Only concern is being the road team on the short week.

All streaks end at some point ... if you bet on those kind of streaks last year you would have lost several weeks in a row on MNF ... how much longer you think this one will last? I'm actually quite glad to see that people like Dallas.

Again, no sure things but I like this one very much. GL all.

Dallas Defense

Awfully Awfully good! Take the under. Tough to make a game of the year with Danny Weurfle as a quarterback.

you know what they say about streaks.....

if you bet with a streak, you can only lose once....
BUT is you bet against a steak you can lose several times!!!

Just a thought! Tough game to cap with Dallas' success against Wash on Thanksgiving day. I wish you all good luck!

Happy Thanksgiving!
