just to put things in perspective, i have a friend that did close to 4 years after being caught with an ounce of weed. and no, i'm not talking about Bluemound.

That really depends on what state you are busted in. If I remember correctly, anything under 8 ounces (not including) of weed in KY is a misdemeanor.

Blue--unfortunately, I am sure that they did get richer. They just won't be able to spend it for a while.
