My Monday Night Situation and Play

Here is my situation:

I have two 2 team teasers, 6 pt (-110) $200 pending wagers with Philly -.5 on both. The other teams (Jags U and NE o) bother won so....

I guess the smart thing to do would be to take Dallas +7 for $400 and hope Philly wins from 1-6 points. If this does not happen I lose max $40, Max I can win is $800. Maybe buy it to +7.5?

If I leave my two teasers and add nothing I can lose $440 or win $400 determined on if Philly wins straight up or not..

WHICH WOULD YOU DO??

Hedge the plays, a profit is a profit. Don't look at it as a loss if Philly covers, look at it as a gain if Dallas covers. JMHO.

Why not Dallas for $200. If it falls in the middle you make $600. Otherwise you get $200. :clap:

I would take Dallas with the money line for $200. Eagles Win = +$200. Dallas Win = +$100. I have the money line at +$270. Personally I would not hedge this. I think the Eagles will blow them out. But I have been wrong before, so the smart thing to do is to hedge. Good Luck.

Problem is if dallas wins straight up then I lose $240.

The moneyline is a good idea. At +250ML and risking $200 on Dallas gives me the option of either winning $60 if Dallas wins straight up or $200 if Philly wins straight up.

Still undecided really. I asked 13 out of 14 people and they said lay the middle evenly and either you lose $40 or win $800 if Philly wins between .5 - 6. Push on 1 bet on Philly by 7 and net $+200 or if Philly kills them by 8 or Dallas wins straigh up then lose $-40.

DECISIONS... I dont know what to yet but will post it if I decide. Moneyline is the best option to win guaranteed $ in the end..

I made up my mind.. and taking..........

DALLAS +7 (hopefully 7.5 by gametime as I will wait till the last few minutes to even call my local book)

Worst case senario is I lose $40. If Philly wins between 1-6 I win $800 and if Philly wins by 7 I win $400 and if Philly wins by 8 or more or Dallas wins straight up I lose $40.

Worth the risk I think!! Screw the $100 guaranteed profit. LETS GO COWGIRLS ( Personally.. i think they have no chance.. but.. Lets hope Parcells and the girls have some pride left as this is basically it for the Dallas. Plus, the whole world seems to like Philly which does seem logical but this is the NFL..

Why would you throw a great situation away? Trying to hit a middle is tough. Bet 145 to win on Dallas on the ML +270 and if Dallas win's outright you lose nothing. If Philly wins you win 255. When Philly wins by 13 your are going to be pissed if you lose 40 dollars and you had it in the bag.

haha. To be honest, I am still thinking about it. I think Philly will smash.. or at least win this game. I just dont see how Dallas can over the Philly Offense. They should be able to outscore dallas. BUT...

On the other side the guarantee money is good.. BUT.. You don't get a chance to make $800 and only risk $40. Thats why we call it gambling. SO.. still deciding.. Stilling wait for the 7.5 damn locals..

Tough call but this is a divison game. I think philly kills the boys but with the way my seasons going that probably guarntees Dallas wins.

Ended up taking Dallas +7 (even) for $4 to hedge the pending teasers.. so we'll see what happens.
