I would hope that people would wait until (if) all the details about his desertion, etc are revealed and a military tribunal can handle the case.
IF he deserted and it cost American soldiers their lives AND he also helped the Taliban, then I think harsh punishment should come his way.
However, - let's all wait until we know the details.

Oliver North is a criminal, who has been, and is on this subject, a pathological liar. The Taliban were in conversations/negotiations with the U.S. since early 2011...wanting as a "good faith gesture" the release of these same five Taliban leaders. In early 2012, the negotiations shifted to a swap...them for Bergdahl, and it was reported in he NY Times, Reuters, and on CNN. It was never about money. And the Taliban guys were identified by name. So, when GOP in Congress pretend this deal was unknown to them, they too are lying. They knew of the proposed deal and who was included in the deal...while hammering at this POTUS to get Bergdahl back.
You would gain a lot more respect if occasionally you could admit there is something wrong with what Obama. Holder or the idiot Susan Rice does.
By the way your favorites the Koch brothers just donated 25 million to United Negro College Fund. Does that make them racist because of the word Negro?
