tough to lay 14 in the nfl, but if you dont think a team has a chance to win, taking the points and hoping for a cover is a risky wager.

i could see ne being a bit flat.......but even so.....31-10 is flat and still a cover

Had GB spread and ML as well. I knew when they didn't go for it on 4th and goal from the 1, and instead settled for the FG, that would cost them the game. Frustrating

tough not to get outright win. Flynns inexperience showed at the end. Bulaga rookie lineman also messed up. However the biggest blunder once again goes to McCarthy in his short yardage play calling. Anyone as a fan who watches the packers knows on third and short the ball will be handed off to Kuhn. We all know it the opposing team knows it yet it is called and Kuhns is stuffed down in the redzone all year. Did you watch the jets game the handoff was faked to back up the middle and Sanchez rolled left and walked in. Patriots 2 times had 9 players at the line pinching in knowing the handoff to Kuhns was coming. Fake the handoff,bootleg. quick slant pass to receiver or tight end. We just talked about this all week same thing happened last week vs lions.

You swayed me to the Packers with your post... thanks! I didn't take the ML, but was wishing I had after the onside kick and initial drive. You could see this would be a game to the finish. Still won with Packers +14.5, Packers 1st half +9.5 and Packers 2nd half +10 for a clean sweep:toast:

Watched this game with my Packers buddies and we were all saying on 2nd down to run the boot.

Packers played well enough to win but Woodson dropped an INT, Nelson dropped a first down, let an O lineman return a kickoff 71 yards :scared , not being able to punch in for TDs, and the end of the game. I don't root for the Pack but a hint of some strange being inside of me was hoping the Pack would win if for anything my friends. Boy am I becoming soft.. Great Job should of had it.:0074

Why are there apologies owed ? This is a public forum with different opinions. Besides.......he said that the Packers would win outright....they did not. They came close, yes they did. However, I can't recall how much money I have collected because my bet came close....

However its not like I came on here with a reckless pick saying packers would win and give no reasons.I posted reasons why had solid information to back up the pick. I would never post anything unless I had information I feel I can provide that is beneficial. What someone takes from that is up to them. I have used alot of great information from others to pick games they had more knowledge on. On the other hand if I came on here and said packers will win and thats it I would expect to be bashed. I personally would not do it but hey thats just me.

Agreed, Public Forum with different opinions. Disrepsectful opinions are a different story. Laughing at someones BOLD prediction is uncalled for. And then turns out he was pretty much dead on. Did the Packers win? No. They did cover and anyone that watched the game saw who the more deserving team was last night. No one gave the Packers a chance. Well, one person did...
