Name 3 Things Sports Related and 3 Things Unrelated to Sports that you are thankful for this Thanksgiving.

Ok, I'll start...

1) Being able to go to Wrigley Field at any time.

2) Having seen Walter Payton play with such class.

3) Having Joe Gibbs back in the NFL (even though it hurts to see his team play)

1) My healthy 4 1/2 year old twins.

2) My beatiful, supportive wife.

3) Having lived all my life with healthy parents who are still very active at the ages of 76 and 75.

1. Being a UW alumni, even when they choke at the end of the year.

2. Having seen Mario Lemieux play in person.

3. Having three fantasy football teams in contention for the league title

1. The fact that I still have one living parent that I love very much.

2. I have no debt.

3. I got a full-time job in my field, in my home state, no less, after almost two years of part-time and freelance work.

Sports-related:

1) Red Sox winning the World Series.
2) Satellite TV + NFL Sunday Ticket.
3) Finally starting to see some decent profit from my sports wagering in my 3rd year of being serious about it.

Non sports-related:

1) Having both parents alive and doing very well.
2) Having perfect health and being in the best shape of my life at the age of 41.
3) Having a relatively low stress job with no co-workers and a boss I see maybe every 3 months.

And when I say grace this year, I will pray that Ron Artest's rap cd is nominated for next year's Vibe Awards because THAT would be
the ultimate!

Non sports:

1. Thankful for God and all He has blessed me with.
2. Thankful for my wife and rest of my family.
3. Thankful for friends.

Sports:
1. Thankful that the Sooners and Jayhawks give me something to root for.
2. Thankful that the Cowboys and Royals don't occupy my time too much these days.
3. Thanikful that Ron Artest and others give me something to chukle about silently when I need a laugh every now and then.

1. Thankful I grew up in Tallahassee and worked there until 1996 so I could enjoy the Seminoles success from sucking so bad to being in the National Championship hunt every year(well, almost every year).

2. Being in the bowling business near FSU's campus, I was able to meet, chat,, photos, etc. with players like Deion, Brad Johnson, Casey Weldon, Coach Richt.

3. Cable. Hell, there's always a game on somewhere.

2-thankful that football season for my boys is over after sat.

3-thankful T.O. plays for phila.

1- thankful for my family and friends and there health
