Names tend to cycle. As wealthy folks notice that their names are being hijacked by the wannabes, they turn to "new" or "different" names. The cycle repeats itself every 5 to 10 years.

Seve is my son. His name is Sevier (pronounced "severe") which is my wife's maiden name.

Wren is short for Lawrence.

Murphy is the third. And Slade is the fourth.

I don't know the Preston kid well enough to give any history. ;)

Well if they are family names then that is cool I think. Our daughter's middle name is Pearl, which is an old family name for me.
