we were talking about movies at work today and we brought one up that no one could remember the name. If you know the name can you post it... Here are the details we remember

-It was a karate movie
-Kids name was Leroy
-He faught against a big guy that had some type of electrical power and he was the leader of a gang, they always yelled show-love or shogun... something like thay
- the kid was in love with a chick who worked at a dance club
- some white dude has a tank full of pirahana's (sp???)
