KellyinDallas,
Thats three that agree with me and none with you......ha ha ha ha hah I win...............hows that for childish?

Whats more you may be a lawyer in some field other than criminal law but I can't see how you would be much good at that either..................not if you are going to hit the jury with the ole.............yeah........well............shes guilty and you guys know it...............I mean..........c'mon.............shes guity.........she killed herself....................c'mon................prosecution rests.

One more thing............the kid is missing illegitmately?????? Meaning the kidnapper/killer doesn't have a father or that the kid isn't really missing??????
Legitimate has several different meanings. Look them up on dictionary.com If I have to explain that to you, you're even simpler than I thought.

People like you are the reason people like O.J. walk.

Dude, I totally just forwarded this thread to my Mom, she welled up with tears when she read it she was so proud of me and me of myself.

Here's to hoping that she frames it and hangs it between my degrees.

You have managed to completely miss the entire point so I chose to have some fun at your expense......Kind of like Nancy Grace did..............because let me assure you...........she had quite the rush after that interview and probably after she heard the news of her demise. She is a Nancy Dis Grace if you ask me.
So, why are you so bent about Nancy Grace? If you're going to bag on her, at least do it where it's justified - this isn't the case.

I will guarantee you a mother who is NOT involved in her kid's demise would NOT kill herself. My point simply was, and is, Nancy Grace did nothing wrong when she interviewed her. My second point was that if I were a wagering person, which I am, I would wager that her responses strongly indicated that she was involved in her son's disappearance or death. Use some logic and follow the situation to the its natural conclusion. It really isn't that difficult. This isn't CSI and you don't need a damn video of a crime to prove that it happened. Finally, I have no problem with someone killing themselves when they've most likely murdered their own kid. Works for me.

Kelly,
We know what your point was........problem is that it is wrong and as to your second point................that may be the most blatantly ignorant statement I have ever read...........you don't need a damn video to prove she did it???? So an overfed, overzealous, sensationalizing reporters interview with the mother is enough for you????????? And your a fricking lawyer???????? Holy crap dude, please tell me you are kidding?!?!?! You know what? You're right, this isn't CSI, because if it were we could turn it off and two people wouldn't be dead. Funny the woman didn't kill herself because of grief or guilt the ten days prior to the airing of the show when her son was missing. Even funnier yet is how that police didn't see fit to arrest her by the 7th when the crime was commited on the 27th yet in one 9 minute interview......you were able to gather enough evidence for you to convict her, sentence her to death and carry out the sentence all in a matter of hours.

You sure learned alot in law school skippy.

every show she does is a reason to bag on her. She is horrible. I've tried to watch 3 times when there was some big trial event on, and each time, I've had to turn the station. Unbearable, unwatchable, and untalented.

Damn right its people like me that are the reason O.J. walked, there was more than enough reasonable doubt and he was found innocent. God Bless America. Maybe next time lead detectives won't take a vial of the defendants blood right past the doorway leading to the evidence room, proceed to both crime scenes and then try to check in 1.1 mls of blood less than what was testified to as being drawn. Maybe cops won't perjure themselves on the stand if they want a conviction next time, damn right its people like me. Maybe, just maybe, everyone will get as fair a trial as everyone else regardless of social strata, or race or whatever else you want to throw in there.
There was not enough evidence to convict O.J. beyond reasonable doubt which is why he is free today, but it is close minded, judgemental, self righteous people such as yourself that keep him jailed for the rest of his life.
And for the record.................If I was a gambling man I would be willng to bet you aren't a lawyer either. Rodeo clown maybe, lawyer............no way.

That station is in deep shit. Guilty or innocent, that scumbag(scumbags of the world, forgive the comparison), tried and convicted her' It cost Fox 6 Million to cover their own sex pervert. That lady's estate will get a gazillion dollars. Look in the gutter, the ambulance chasers are lining up as we type.

Wow, big suprise. Melinda Duckett offcially named prime suspect. Of course, those with the ability to look at facts and come to a logical conclusion already figured this out.

As for you danmurphy jr., you must be kidding. Although people CAN sue for anything, what's the cause of action going to be? Nancy Grace was mean and asked "mean" questions? Thanks for the laugh on that one! Somehow, I think the family will be a little more preoccupied with wondering what caused Duckett to kill/sell or otherwise dispose of her own child.

I guess I am the minority here. I actually like her and her show!

That's fine TJ

I only watch her show when I need to feel superior to somebody else:mj07:

Actually, I've only seen it a couple times in a bar generally with the sound down while I'm tossing down a few St Pauli's.

Reminds me of a female Heraldo:mj12:
