Sheeze what a nasty tornado--We got caught in middle of it on way back from Tunica--shit flying everywhere--stranded 3 1/2 hours--however had little tune up for it as tornado hit bout 20 minute from us in MS on Sunday killing 17.

Glad to hear you're okay, Wayne. It completely missed the area that I live in. This part of the West Nashville area is somewhat in a valley, so we are usually pretty sheltered from severe weather conditions.

It's really bad in the area that Taoist lives though. I hope he's okay.

Very bad in north Nashville Dawg. He probably won't have power for some time. Bet I saw 100+ rescue vehicles in 3 hours--they were having to drive thru yards and was slow progress making it thru stopped traffic--we finally cut through median -backed down exits ramp went south on 65 (no traffic and hit hiway 24 and to Whitehouse and hit 65 there.

I live about 90 minutes east of Nashville. I have never seen a hail storm like I saw yesterday. For about 30-45 seconds, it seemed as if the rain stopped and a dump truck just dumped marble size hail on us. The ground was covered as if it had snowed. I couldn't open the front screen door because ice had piled up on the porch blocking it. Simply amazing...
