Navy / Rutgers Trap??

Man you have a team ranked 23 or 24 in the Country and Undefeated and even though they are on the road you can't tell me that Navy is a powerhouse.. For Rutgers to be getting 3 points seems way too easy... Is it a trap game or what?? Anyone have any input would be appreciated...
I like Rutgers +130 on the money line my self....

Okay, Navy's not a powerhouse.

Navy's 5-1 and their lone loss was on ot thriller hosting Tulsa.

Next week, Rutgers travels to Pitt.

Anytime ranked(vs unranked) is getting chalk it is a red flag, I like both these teams and dont expect there to be 1 pass all game, a couple of the best running games in the country right here
